With a solid foundation in the outsourcing and BPO industry, I bring a wealth of experience in insurance and business administration. Over the past five years, I have developed expertise in business development, team leadership, and strategic planning within the insurance sector.

In my current role as the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a global enterprise, I am responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, ensuring that our business processes are in alignment with the company’s vision. This position allows me to drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and build strong relationships within our regional markets.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Google-certified specialization in Digital Marketing & E-commerce. My academic background, combined with practical experience, fuels my passion for exploring new opportunities and achieving shared goals with like-minded professionals.
